    Eric grew up in an environment where he always felt as though he could achieve whatever he wanted if he was willing to put in the work. As the youngest of five, he quickly learned that you have to hustle and sometimes be loud to be noticed. After graduating from Villa Park High School, Eric went on to study economics at UCLA and prides himself on his hard work, determination, and relentless attitude. Being around real estate and being involved in open houses and many other aspects for over 10 years, Eric has developed a passion for the business as well as understanding the market and current economic landscape to be as knowledgable as possible for clients.

    Jackie excels at identifying the best features of a property, focuses on highlighting those features to achieve a WOW factor, then identifying the best buyer audience for targeted marketing, strategically creating enormous interest in the property, which in the end gets her seller's top dollar from the sale of their home.

    Although she has many proven systems in place, she also has a keen ear and listens to the needs and goals of each seller so she may provide them with the individual attention that suits their own situation.

    In working with buyers, she is known for her tenacity to find the “perfect dream home", even if it’s not on the market yet. She’s been known to knock on enough doors to find it, because sometimes that is the only way her clients can get exactly what they want.

    Jackie is a certified negotiator and is extremely successful at packaging both the offer and the buyers in such an advantageous manner that they have the edge, getting them properties when other agents were not able to.

    She started her Real Estate career in property management of single family homes and apartment complexes. Has been licensed since 1987, and loves selling residential homes. She had the amazing opportunity to start up and manage the Loss Mitigation Department (Short Sales,Foreclosures, Loan Modification, and Litigation) for a large Mortgage Company, giving her working knowledge from the inside out of the Mortgage industry for 8 years. In 2005 she re-entered the real estate market, realizing that was her true passion-showing people how to get the home of their dreams. She stresses how grateful she is that she gets to be one of the people in the world that gets to do what they love everyday.

    Sally Rich was raised in a real estate family and has worked as an executive assistant, office administrator, Notary Public, and marketing coordinator for a number of real estate companies, both residential and commercial throughout her career. Her administrative and office management skills provide invaluable support to Leimkuhler Group and our clients. She has the ability to see things with a Buyer’s eye, and as an admirer of beautiful home design, she creates marketing materials that promote and capture the essence and distinctive features that make each Leimkuhler Group listing unique.

    Transaction Coordinator

    Kristine Dortch has been a Transaction Coordinator for 8 years and is an integral part of Leimkuhler Group. Kris is extremely detail oriented, highly organized, and has been recognized as one of the top TC’s in the company. Having been an agent herself, she brings a wealth of knowledge, along with the ability to proactively anticipate the next steps to ensure that each transaction is facilitated as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Kris’s passion for providing excellent service is evident in everything she does.

    Staging Coordinator

    After working as a Realtor for 25 years Cheri started Simple Organization and Staging Services to fill the need of a changing market. Through training and years of experience helping her own clients better prepare their homes for sale, home staging was a natural transition. My motto is to “keep it simple”. There is no need to over stage a property or spend money where it is not necessary. Clean, open and friendly homes always sell. Many clients wish they would have staged their homes before they needed to move so they could have enjoyed it while living there.
